In Estonia, the Review Committee does not have the right to hold hearings online, although the courts in Estonia do have this possibility. 2. All documents to and from the Review Committee and between the parties and participants are transferred electronically; paper files are not created at all. Are appeals (remedies) in the first instance heard in the form of (i.e., with the possibility of participating in the hearing online) accompanied by the digitization of the circulation of documents in the proceedings? 2. Does the electronic circulation of documents cover both the filing of appeals - remedies (via the IT system) and the exchange of documents with the chamber/court (first instance review body) and between the parties and participants in the appeal proceedings?
