Dear Vittorio,
Many thanks for your interest in the EEA and Norway Grants.
The EEA and Norway Grants’ funding is limited to 15 countries in Europe:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary,
Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
We are currently working to establish the next funding period, so we have no
funding available at the moment.
You can find more information about the Grants on our website, eeagrant.org.
We wish you all the best in your work.
Kind regards,
The Financial Mechanism Office – Secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants.

Dear EEA and Norway Grants Team,
I hope this message finds you well!
My name is Vittorio Rossello, and I represent landlele
<https://cer.landlele.com/> — a company dedicated to delivering
sustainability products and services across Europe, with a focus on energy
communities. Since our founding in 2020, we have been actively involved in
creating and developing energy communities, particularly in Italy, and are
now expanding our operations to Estonia and the wider Baltic region.
Energy communities are gaining momentum across Europe due to their
significant environmental, financial, and social benefits. For example, a
250 kW community-owned windmill in southern Tallinn generates annual power
savings of €39,000 for the community, avoids 346 tonnes of CO₂ emissions
each year and develops local manufacturing.
Our mission is to make these initiatives accessible to everyone, including
the most vulnerable individuals, families, and organizations. To achieve
this, we offer free participation with the option for self-investment.
However, to ensure inclusivity and broad participation, we require a 40%
grant for the installation of a 250 kW locally/European-assembled wind
turbine (40% of max. €500,000).
We are reaching out to inquire whether your organization could provide
support for this initiative, either in addition to or alongside the funding
available through the European Commission’s European Energy Communities
Facility <https://energycommunitiesfacility.eu/> and funding and financing
of the European Investment Bank’s Climate Bank Roadmap Phase 2 (2026–2030)
<https://www.eib.org/en/publications/20250240-eib-group-climate-bank-roadmap-phase-2-2026-2030>
.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We would be delighted to discuss
this further and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Vittorio
