ERAKORRALINE KOHTUNIKE KONVERENTS KULUDE HÜVITAMISE TINGIMUSED Seoses erakorralise kohtunike konverentsiga hüvitab Euroopa Liidu Kohus osalejate sõidu- ja majutuskulud järgmistel tingimustel: A. Sõidukulud  Sõit lennuki, rongi või autoga o Sõidukulud hüvitatakse rongisõidul (esimeses klassis) või lendamisel (turistiklassis). Euroopa Kohus ei hüvita äriklassi lennupiletit. Osalejad korraldavad aegsasti ise oma rongi- või lennupiletite broneerimise ja tasumise. o Euroopa Kohus hüvitab võimalikult kiiresti pärast ürituse toimumist sõidupileti originaali alusel sõidukulud saadetud kutsel näidatud koha ja Luxembourgi vahel kõige lühema ja säästlikuma teekonna järgi. o Osalejatel palutakse pöörata tähelepanu asjaolule, et Euroopa Kohtu halduseeskirjade kohaselt on sõidupileti originaali (lennupiletid ja pardakaardid või rongipiletid) esitamine Euroopa Kohtu pädevale talitusele tingimus, mille täitmata jätmise korral sõidukulu ei hüvitata. Originaalpiletite kaotamise risk jääb osaleja kanda. o Euroopa Kohus hüvitab reisibüroo teenustasu, broneerimistasu ja panga teenustasu; seevastu ei hüvitata reisitõrke- ja pagasikindlustuse eest makstud tasusid. o Kui osaleja kasutab reisiks sõiduautot, hüvitab Euroopa Kohus kulud kindlas summas Luksemburgis kehtiva esimese klassi rongipileti ametliku tariifi alusel, välistades igasuguse täiendava hüvitise. Kui reis on tehtud osaliselt sõiduautoga, hüvitab Euroopa Kohus selle Protokolli ja külastuste direktoraat – ET – Kulude hüvitamise tingimused  teekonna maksumuse siis, kui on esitatud asjaomase riigi raudtee- ettevõtja tõend, millest nähtub esimese klassi rongipileti hind.  Muud sõidud o Euroopa Kohus kindlustab osalejate kohalesõidu Luksemburgi lennu- või raudteejaamast ja sinna ärasõidu. o Euroopa Kohus ei hüvita taksosõidu kulusid ei päritolukohas ega Luksemburgis, välja arvatud liikumispuudega isikutele. o Parkimistasu ei kuulu mingil juhul hüvitamisele. B. Majutuskulud  Euroopa Kohus broneerib osaleja nimele hotelli (Hôtel Sofitel Kirchberg - 4, Rue du Fort Niedergrünewald, Quartier Européen Nord, 2015 Luxembourg) ning hüvitab ühese toa ja hommikusöögi kulud kahe öö eest (pühapäeva õhtust kuni teisipäeva hommikuni).  Muud kulud, nagu minibaar, telefon, täiendavad tasud hommiku-, lõuna- või õhtusöögi, vajadusel kaasasoleva isiku hommikusöögi, pagasi hotellituppa toimetamise vms eest, samuti majutusaja pikendamise eest jäävad osaleja kanda. Nende võimalike kulude tasumiseks võib hotell Teilt paluda registreerimisel individuaalset tagatist (Teie krediitkaardi koopiat või teatud rahasumma tagatiseks andmist). Palume Teil võtta teadmiseks järgmist: - Kehtiva korra kohaselt toimub osalejatele hüvitiste maksmine ainult pangaülekandega. Teile tasumisele kuuluva summa ülekandmiseks on nõutav, et saadaksite meile postiga pärast ürituse toimumist sõidukulude hüvitamise taotluse (mis antakse Teile Euroopa Kohtusse saabumisel), lisades sellele sõidupiletite originaalid (lennupiletid ja pardakaardid või rongipiletid), samuti koopia oma panga ametlikust dokumendist (kiri, tõend pangakonto omaniku andmete kohta jms), millel on näidatud Teie nimi, eesnimi (või Teie sõidukulud tasunud asutuse nimi), aadress ning pangakonto IBAN ja BIC/SWIFT kood. Nende dokumentide esitamine Euroopa Kohtu pädevale talitusele jääb osaleja hooleks. - Kulud hüvitatakse tingimusel, et olete üritusest tegelikult osa võtnud. Seetõttu soovitame soetada tühistatavad piletid. –2– - Sõidu- ja majutuskulud hüvitatakse ainult isikutele, keda Euroopa Kohus on kutsunud. Euroopa Kohus ei võta aga enda kanda kulusid, mis on seotud saatva isiku kohalviibimisega, muu hulgas tema hommikusöögiga. Nende kuludega seotud arve maksab osaleja ise otse hotellile enne sealt lahkumist. Teie broneeringu mis tahes muutmise vormistamiseks palume Teil võtta ühendust Euroopa Kohtu protokolli ja külastuste direktoraadiga. Transport Luksemburgis Euroopa Kohus on ette näinud transpordi korraldamise, et tagada kutsutud isikute saabumisel nende hotelli viimine. Luksemburgi lennujaama ja raudteejaama tulevad osalejatele 4. detsembril vastu bussid teatud kindlatel kellaaegadel. Samuti korraldatakse 6. detsembril tegevuskava lõppedes Euroopa Kohtu juurest ärasõit lennujaama ja raudteejaama. Osalejatele antakse täpsemat teavet, kui nende osavõtt on registreeritud. Keeled Plenaaristungitel tagatakse tõlge 23 keelest ja 23 keelde. Seminaridel tagatakse asümmeetriline tõlkerežiim: tõlge 23 keelest hispaania, inglise, itaalia, prantsuse ja saksa keelde.
