Saatja: DURR Schnutz <[email protected]> Saaja: WCCJ5, [email protected] Teema: WCCJ - Bureau candidacies / Bureau - candidature _ [français ci-dessous] Dear Members of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice, Further to my message of 11 August, I would like to remind you that according to Article 4.b.1 of the Statute<https://www.venice.coe.int/webforms/documents/default.aspx?pdf=CDL-WCCJ-GA(2017)010-e> of the World Conference, the Bureau of the Conference is composed of representatives of the regional and linguistic groups, the Host Court of the previous and the next Congress, and of four Courts elected by the General Assembly from the continents of Africa, the Americas, Asia/Oceania and Europe, respectively. By the deadline of 30 September 2022, the following Member Courts have presented candidacies for membership in the Bureau (in alphabetical order): Africa : Constitutional Court of Algeria Americas : Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic Asia : no candidacy Europe : Constitutional Court of Albania Constitutional Court of Austria Constitutional Council of France Constitutional Court of Latvia Given that there is no candidate for Asia, a new deadline for that continent 4 October 2022. On 6 October 2022, General Assembly will decide on the membership of the Bureau in respect of all four continents. Best wishes, Schnutz Dürr *** Chers membres de la Conférence mondiale sur la justice constitutionnelle, Suite à mon message du 11 août, je voudrais rappeler que, conformément à l'article 4.b.1 du Statut<https://www.venice.coe.int/webforms/documents/default.aspx?pdf=CDL-WCCJ-GA(2017)010-f> de la Conférence mondiale, le Bureau de la Conférence est composé de représentants des groupes régionaux et linguistiques, de la Cour hôte du précédent et du prochain Congrès, et de quatre Cours élues par l'Assemblée générale des continents d'Afrique, des Amériques, d'Asie/Océanie et d'Europe, respectivement. À la date limite du 30 septembre 2022, les cours membres suivantes ont présenté des candidatures pour devenir membres du Bureau (par ordre alphabétique) : Afrique : Cour constitutionnelle d'Algérie Amériques : Cour Constitutionnelle de la République Dominicaine Asie : pas de candidature Europe : Cour constitutionnelle d'Albanie Cour constitutionnelle d'Autriche Conseil constitutionnel de France Cour constitutionnelle de Lettonie Étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de candidat pour l'Asie, un nouveau délai est le 4 octobre 2022 pour ce continent. Le 6 octobre 2022, l'Assemblée générale décidera de la composition du Bureau au titre des quatre continents.
