Jacek Chlebny President Supreme Administrative Court Republic of Poland Gabriela Piotra Boduena 3/5 00-01I Warsaw POLAND Tartu, 19 September 2022 Dear President Chlebny, I would like to express my gratitude for the invitation to the celebrations marking the l00th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Republic of Poland. Although I had already accepted the invitation, I regret to inform you that I will not be able to attend. At the same time, a Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania is taking place in Vilnius, where my participation was urgently requested. Since there were two of us in the delegation with Mr lvo Pilving, Chairman of the Administrative Law Chamber, then we decided to have representation at both events. Therefore, I will attend the Conference in Lithuania and Mr Pilving, who essentially manages the administrative court system in Estonia, will represent the Supreme Court of Estonia at this honourable event in Poland. I express my sincere regrets for not being able travel to Warsaw and wish you every success with the organisation of the Event!
