Mr Villu KÕVE Chief Justice Supreme Court Estonia [français ci-dessous] Dear Member of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice, According to Article 4.b.1 of the Statute<https://www.venice.coe.int/webforms/documents/default.aspx?pdf=CDL-WCCJ-GA(2017)010-e> of the World Conference, the Bureau of the Conference is composed of representatives of the regional and linguistic groups, the Host Court of the previous and the next Congress, and of four Courts elected by the General Assembly from the continents of Africa, the Americas, Asia/Oceania and Europe, respectively. On 6 October 2022, General Assembly will meet at the occasion of the 5th Congress, which will take place in Bali on 4-7 October 2022. The election of the four members of the Bureau from the continents of Africa, the Americas, Asia/Oceania and Europe will be on the agenda of this General Assembly. Only Members up to date with their financial contributions can vote in the General Assembly. I would be grateful if candidacies from your Court or Council for the positions from the respective continents would be presented by 30 September 2022 at the latest.
