SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement (“the Agreement”) is made and entered into on 01-06-2025 by and between
Academic Positions (hereinafter also referred to as “AP”) and Tallinn University of Technology
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) with its principal location being at Ehitajate tee 5, 19086
Tallinn, Estonia; also referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”.
2. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
2.1. Recruitment
2.1.1. Job advertising Medium - International network
Up to 200 of the Client’s scientific job adverts can be placed on the Academic Positions
network during the contract period. Available portals currently include International
(.com), Austria (.at), Belgium (.be), Denmark, (.dk), Finland (.fi), France (.fr), Germany
(.de), Italy (.it), Netherlands (.nl), Norway (.no), Spain (.es), Sweden (.se), Switzerland
(.ch) and United Kingdom (.co.uk). Each job will display the Client’s logo, feature a full
job description and follow the Client’s application method (Email, URL or instructions).
An advert will be online until the specified deadline or for 90 days. An advert can be
online for a maximum of one year.
2.1.2. Job alerts to our subscribers
Targeted e-mail alerts are sent to matching subscribers for each job posted on the AP-
network.
2.1.3. Publication of job adverts
The client will send an e-mail to
[email protected] or the account
manager whenever a new scientific job advert is ready to be published on AP. AP will
reply with a link to the published advert to the client. For subscriptions with more than
200 job adverts per year, the Client is required to set up an integration with AP. If an
integration is not set up within an agreed upon timeframe, AP cannot guarantee the
publication of the Client's job adverts within 8-24 business hours.
2.1.4. Euraxess
All English jobs published on Academic Positions are published on Euraxess according
to Euraxess guidelines and with standard AP formatting. As Euraxess is a third party, AP
is not liable for the failure to publish Client's adverts on Euraxess in instances when the
services or resources AP deems necessary for publication are disrupted. In the case of

such disruptions, the Client’s adverts will not be published on Euraxess until full
functionality of the necessary services and resources has been restored.
2.2. Branded Employer Design
2.2.1. Branded jobs
A customised job advertisement template to match the Client’s brand identity.
2.2.2. Branded presentation
A custom branded employer presentation to match the Client’s brand identity.
2.2.3. Featured employer
Placed at the top of the search results under the ‘Find employers’-section.
2.2.4. Graphic design (20 hrs) – Maintenance branded jobs and presentation
Includes twenty (20) hours of concept and graphic design and maintenance. Additional
services may be purchased separately.
3. CONTRACT DETAILS
3.1. Term
This Agreement shall commence on 01-06-2025 and shall remain in force for a fixed term of
three (3) years, until 31-05-2028 (“Initial Term”). The Agreement is structured as three
consecutive twelve (12) month periods (each a “Contract Year”).
3.2. Cost and payment
The total fee for the Initial Term shall be invoiced annually, in three (3) equal installments
corresponding to each Contract Year. The payment of nineteen thousand three hundred and
fifty Euro (EUR 19,350) for each Contract Year shall be paid to the Supplier’s bank account
within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
3.3. Adjustment of Scope
At the conclusion of each Contract Year, the Client may adjust the scope of the job
advertising component for the upcoming year, provided that the selected tier remains within
AP’s then-available advertising subscription tiers (currently: Mini, Small, Medium, Large).
The Client acknowledges that this Agreement constitutes a binding three-year commitment
and that the annual scope adjustments are intended to allow proportional flexibility, not
early termination or circumvention of the contractual obligation.
Any adjustment must be communicated in writing no later than two (2) months prior to the
start of the next Contract Year. Any agreed-upon changes will be reflected in the pricing for
the subsequent Contract Year and confirmed in writing by both Parties.

3.4. Extension
Upon expiration of the three-year Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for
additional one (1) year periods unless either Party gives written notice of non-renewal at
least two (2) months prior to the end of the then-current term.
The Agreement is drawn up in two identical copies of which both Parties have a copy.
