Kas all olevas kirjas nimetatud laev (Peter Black) on plaanitavast tegevusest PPA-d teavitanud ja kas
tal on Eesti vetesse sisenemiseks luba olemas?

Subject: Seabed Hydrographic Survey
Dear Sirs,
We are planning for a seabed hydrographic survey with start next week, depending on weather
conditions. The survey will be done with our survey vessel Peter Black with call sign SFD-
2584, we will use multi beam sonar system. The purpose with survey is to find a clear way for
an optical sea cable which is a part of the Eastern Light Sea Cable project. The first stretch in
Estonia is coming in from Helsinki and will go to Tammekivi, NE of Tallinn.
We hereby ask for your permission. Please confirm.
If you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask me.
