Good afternoon,
I am in the process of verifying certificates of professionals who are registered with our agency and
looking for employment, which is part of our policies/procedures to ensure that our candidates are
properly qualified for working offshore.
Can you please check the attached Estonian STCW Certificate as I need confirmation that it covers the
following:
STCW Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boats ? Exp 01/05/2023 relating to Dmitri Moskiv, born
16/11/1985
Can you also confirm that this Certificate covers STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue
Boats ? Exp 01/05/2023.
I did the verification through the Estonian Maritime Academy website, however it only mentions
STCW Fast Rescue Boats only and we need confirmation that STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft &
Rescue Boats is also covered.
