Ainazi 937 . 6 The proposed frequency assignments exceed the border conditions according to A rrangements between Latvian and Estonian administrations . However taking into account the possibility of operators arrangements specified in most of coordination A rrangements for stations of land mobile service, we hope that an acceptable result can be directly agreed between the operators concerned. If needed, Estonian administration can share the information on the respective contacts on the Estonian side. Estonian administration has objections to the coordination of frequency assignment: ID Name of Station Frequency (MHz) FB-1-8585-3430 ValkaLTK 3430 The negative coordination comes from the need to ensure the equal access to the spectrum and can be re-examined after successful end of public auction in Estonia for 3.4-3.8 GHz band this year considering the input from licence holders and their plans in that region. We would also like to receive more information about the actual antenna pattern (front-to-back ratio) with coordination of frequency assignments close to national border to perform better evaluation of the possible impact towards Estonian frequency use.
