Use of the frequency band 33-47 MHz

General Radio Frequency Centre [email protected] Building 15, 7 Derbenevskaya Embankment 117997, Moscow 24.03.2022 nr 17-5/2022/0531 Subject: Use of the frequency band 33-47 MHz Reference: Summary Record of the meeting (video conference) between the Telecommunication Administration of the Russian Federation and the Telecommunication Administration of the Republic of Estonia on Coordination of Frequency Assignments to Stations in Terrestrial Services (14.-16.12.2021). In accordance with the item 2.7 of the Summary Record in the reference, which concerns the draft Agreement on the use of the frequency band 33-47 MHz in border areas, it was agreed that Estonia will submit its feedback after the internal consultation process has been finalized. To date, the internal coordination has been finalized. Unfortunately, the result is not supportive and therefore Estonia cannot conclude the Agreement. Concerning the use of mentioned frequency band case-per-case coordination should be applied.
