Signing of the 700 MHz Arrangement

The Electronic Communications Office of the Republic of Latvia attached to this letter provides
signed copies of the Arrangement on the use of the 700 MHz band. We would like to thank you for
the fruitful cooperation in the development of the Arrangement.

of the Arrangement to the Electronic Communications Office of Latvia.
