This Trilateral Meeting is a highly valued opportunity to develop further cooperation between our courts as well as to strengthen personal ties between justices of the Constitutional Courts. Unfortunately, due to unforeseeable personal reasons I am unable to attend the Trilateral Meeting myself. I express my sincere regrets for not being able to travel to Vilnius and wish you every success with the organisation of the meeting!
