Edastan RTK juristi kirja seoses kütusehanke raamlepinguga. Palun edasine suhtlus sel teemal teostada otse Heivoga. Riigihankes „Kütuse ostmine” (viitenumber 182062) aktsiaseltsiga Olerex sõlmitud raamleping nr 9-6/7 kehtib kuni 30.05.2019. Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus (RTK) valmistab ette ja viib läbi riigihanget "Kütuse ostmine" (viitenumber 201424). On tõenäoline, et hankemenetluses nr 201424 ei jõuta uue raamlepingu sõlmimiseni enne riigihankes nr 182062 sõlmitud raamlepingu nr 9-6/7 kehtivuse lõppemist. Raamlepingu nr 9-6/7 punkti 6.2 kohaselt on raamlepingu haldajal (RTK) müüja (aktsiaselts Olerex) nõusolekul õigus pikendada raamlepingu kehtivust kuni kolm kuud, kui raamlepingu lõppemise ajaks ei ole uue riigihanke tulemusel raamlepingut sõlmitud. RTK on valmistanud ette raamlepingu nr 9-6/7 kehtivuse pikendamise kokkuleppe raamlepingu haldaja ja müüja vahel. Kokkuleppe projekti kohaselt pikeneb raamleping nr 9-6/7 kolme kuu võrra või kuni riigihankes nr 201424 raamlepingu sõlmimiseni. Kui teil on raamlepingu nr 9-6/7 pikendamise kokkuleppe sõlmimise osas arvamusi/ettepanekuid/märkusi palun need esitada 12. nädala lõpuks e-posti aadressil [email protected].
