Andke teada, kui lisaküsimusi ja suuniseid. _______ FORMAL explanation: As a follow up to a claim in relation to RVSM flight routing permit, raised by ECAA towards Magnetic MRO. We hereby confirm, that there has been a degree of miscommunication induced from Ferry Company side by not properly informing Magnetic Leasing team about following RVSM routing during MSN 2480 ES-MLS Ferry Flight accomplishment (OOMS-EETN, 09.05.2020). It is confirmed that RVSM flight permit was not obtained from Estonian CAA, as a standard procedure in such cases, requested by Civil Aviation Authority. Magnetic Leasing has contracted a service provide Ferry Flight company named Paramount Global Ferry Service, which specializes in support during ferry flights accomplishment and which team was managing the crew planning, overflight permits , flight plan/routing aspects of subject complicated ferry flight project execution by providing contracted support for Magnetic Leasing. Project was additionally challenging due to all of the COVID-19 impact on the industry. We have contacted the Ferry Flight company for a formal explanation on the reasons on why Magnetic Leasing was not properly informed on the fact that flight is conducted under RVSM rules. As initially it was not planned to follow RVSM flight path. It is confirmed that subject issued is an oversight/miscommunication from ferry flight company side. Formal letter with explanation from Paramount Aviation is attached, with attention to Mr. Roosve, Senior Inspector, Estonian CAA Flight Operations Department. At this stage explanation is provided to Estonian CAA only. Based on position from ECAA and decision made on this matter – ferry company is ready and willing to provide explanation also directly to Euro Control officers. To additionally confirm aircraft compliance with RVSM standards, we are also sharing the RVSM statement issued and certified by aircraft previous operator – Vietnam Airlines. Statement confirms aircraft was operated as RVSM eligible by Vietnam Airlines and RVSM required configuration was embodied to aircraft by manufacture Airbus. RVSM compliance is also stated in the airbus AFM applicable to subject aircraft and used during Ferry Flight by Paramount Global FERRY services pilots. Also, on behalf of Magnetic Leasing – we wish to provide apology for occurred situation and can commit that it will not be repeated in the future and matter is to be double-checked by introduction of compliance verification into our team project checklists.
