Professor Vyacheslav Kharchenko is renown scientist in the cyber security and functional safety of industrial systems, artificial intelligence and AI-based systems dependability and resilience. He published a remarkable number papers and books on secure and dependable services and computing (in IGI Global, Springer, River Publishers). Professor Vyacheslav Kharchenko is a founder and General Chair of one of the biggest International Conference on Dependable Systems, Services and Technologies (IEEE DESSERT). The conference started in 2006, is an attractive event for specialists, researchers, engineers who work in the area of dependable and secure systems and intelligent technologies. He is a member of Program Committees and invited lecturer of many IEEE conferences and workshops, national coordinator of international projects (TEMPUS, ERASMUS+ H2020, Swedish Institute, etc.).
