Dear Dr. PallaviJain Govil,
On behalf of Eesti Energia AS (Enefit) and Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), we would like to
extend a warm invitation to you and your esteemed institution to explore the potential for
collaboration and partnership in the energy sector. As one of the leading energy companies and
research institutions in the Baltic region, we have a rich history and deep expertise in energy and shale
oil production, renewable energy, and innovative technologies.
We are keen to establish strong ties with DGH to further explore applicability of Estonia-borne shale
oil production technologies and innovations in India, to support growth of lndia's energy companies
and enhance your country's energy security. We recognize the value and importance of secure
domestic energy supply, and we believe our unique experience is well-positioned to support lndia's
dependence on foreign oiland gas.
We would like to invite you and your key experts to visit our headquarters in Tallinn for introductions
and meeting with Enefit's and TalTech's leaders and relevant teams, as well as to make site visits to
our production and research facilities in North-East Estonia (Auvere and Narva). Also, we propose to
sign the MoU between DGH and TalTech for cooperation on oil shale research.
Our proposal on visit time is week no 22 (26-30 May,2O25l but please let us know your preferred dates
