I am a social entrepreneur from Sydney, Australia, currently undertaking a Sir Winston Churchill Research Fellowship focused on digital government excellence across Europe and the United States. My research examines what Australia can learn as it begins the digital transformation of its National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), a fifty-billion-dollar social support system serving around 700,000 disabled Australians. This will be one of the most complex digital transformations undertaken by our government, and my aim is to produce a practical, comparative reform proposal to help inform the early stages of this work. I will be visiting Estonia from 8–15 March 2026 and would greatly value the opportunity to meet with colleagues at the Social Insurance Board, even briefly, to learn from your experience delivering social services in a highly digital environment. In particular, I 1 am interested in how digital systems and emerging uses of AI can support better decision-making, service quality, and trust in large social support systems. Thank you very much for considering my request. I would be grateful for any time you may be able to offer and would be happy to adapt to your availability. Kind regards, Jordan O'Reilly OAM Co-founder 0430 752 426 | [email protected] Ground level, 120 Pacific Highway, Greenwich, NSW 2065 www.hireup.com.au Hireup is proud to be building our community across Australia.
