The regulation with notification number 2016/190/EE is in force.
However there is notification for update 2021/0528/EE in the TRIS database at the moment and the update is
expected to be implemented by the end of the year.

I am Pepe García Cervera, I am contacting you from the company Dekra testing & certification in Spain.
I am writing with regard to a draft of the new amendment of Regulation No 96 of the Minister for Economic Affairs
and Communications of 7 October 2011 on conditions for using radio frequencies and technical requirements for
radio equipment exempt from a frequency authorization. Notification number: 2016/190/EE.
After reading the draft, I would like to know when these changes would be in force.
