Dear Sirs,
In addition to our letter (ref. 1), we wish to inform you as follows.
In view of the absence of a bilateral agreement for coordination of Russia’s broadcasting service stations
and Estonia’s land mobile service stations in the frequency band 694-790 MHz, but considering the
additional information that the frequency assignments notified (ref. 2):

will be used for a limited period of time for SDL testing, we are granting our consent to the use of the
subject frequency assignments with the technical characteristics notified (ref. 2) for testing purposes during
