The frequency assignment notice mentioned in the form attached for which unfavourable findings have been
published in Part III of the above-mentioned BR IFIC, is considered as returned to your Administration in
accordance with the procedure prescribed in Article 11 of the Radio Regulations (RR).
The form indicates the reference to the provisions of the RR associated with the examination made by the
Bureau and additional related remarks.

Remarks:
This assignment is made in a frequency band shared with a space service (space-to-Earth
direction) and the station is located within the coordination area of one or more earth stations.
The procedure for effecting coordination indicated in Article 9 of the Radio Regulations (RR),
requires that coordination be achieved for the assignment in question with the Administration of
Sweden. This information is to be indicated in the field t_adm of section “COORD” of the notice.
However, the Bureau did not receive any information concerning such coordination.
Consequently, the Bureau has formulated unfavourable findings with respect to RR11.32 and the
notice is considered as returned in accordance with RR11.37.
Should your Administration resubmit the returned assignment within the next 6 months from
today's date and insist upon its reconsideration under the provision of RR 11.43C, then the
resubmitted notice shall include the following information:
a) The field t_is_resub = TRUE
b) The field t_remarks shall include the indication of the BR Assignment Identification
Number of the returned assignment as well as the BR IFIC number in which this
assignment was published in Part 3.
The presence of the above information is indispensable for the Bureau to proceed with the
validation required by the resubmission procedure.
