In order to fulfill the relevant legal obligations 1, your Member State’s report, produced in an accessible format and in an official language of the European Union, should be sent by email to [email protected] by 23 December 2021, along with information as to where the report is made public in an accessible format (e.g., website link). I would be most grateful if you would transmit this letter to the relevant officials in your government concerned by this matter. Article 8(1) of the Implementing Decision: Member States shall submit this report to the Commission in an accessible format in an official language of the European Union.
