The amendments will enter into force 1 October 2020. Norway would like to apply the update carriage requirements before they are formally adopted. We have already agreements to apply the updated carriage requirements with several countries such as the USA, China, Brazil, France, United Kingdom and others. As a possible port State for Norwegian ships carrying UAN, we would like to ask for the concurrence regarding this matter from Estonia. If you have any comments or questions, please contact me.
