Here I?m Dr. Giorgi Kevlishvili and I?m trying to obtain list (database) of those clinics, hospitals and doctors within your country who/which is/are authorized by your Country Maritime or Port or Transport Authority to issue and sign STCW/MLC 2006 required or Seafarer?s Health Certificate. Usually those authorized by Maritime Body clinics, hospitals and doctor?s list are somehow linked to Maritime Training Centers, as part of overall Seafarer?s Certification process. That is required to refer our employee?s to right healthcare institution/or doctor and to avoid to receiving Seafarer?s Health Certificate issued/signed by non-authorized person or health institution.
