automated Anti-Money Laundering solutions to mitigate financial crimes.
We include in our database the list of entities subject to decisions entered by the FIU in the
misdemeanor matter provided in Chapter 10 of the RahaPTS and the administrative acts,
precepts and decisions to impose penalties pursuant to the procedure established in Chapter 7
of the RahaPTS, published on the website https://www.fiu.ee/haldusaktid-ettekirjutused-
sunniraha-otsused-ja-vaarteokaristused#item-24
We noticed that our access to the list is denied and we cannot maintain the data (see image
below).
In trying to ingest as correctly as possible the information provided by your institution, we
would like to know whether we may regain access to the website or if there is an alternative
source from where we could obtain the information.
Considering the importance of correct updates in ensuring global sanctions compliance, we
would be grateful if you could provide any type of information that might help us on
the issue.
