Could I ask you for your comments on the following issues, please? Can a foreigner take theoretical PPL/IR/CPL/ATPL test in your country? And if so, in what language? Can a foreigner take the practical exam with an examiner in your country? And is this possible even if the candidate has completed practical training in another country? Is a psychological (mental health) test part of Medical Cerificate Class 1? And if so, is it a universal European test the same for each country or proprietary test, which may vary from country to country?
