TERRITORIAL DEFENCE FORCES Zegrze, 8 December 2026 Major General Ilmar TAMM Commander Estonian Defence League Deau Genewal The Polish Territorial Defence Forces Command is pleased to announce the "Remote Observer Course" which will be held in Territorial Defence Forces Training Center in Torun, in the period from 16- 27 March 2026. The aim of the Remote Observer Course is to provide the participants with sufficient knowledge in the area of fire support (Call for Fire and Close Combat Attack) in combat environment. Participants are expected to enhance the specific skills required for effective support fighting units as well as to get familiarized with procedures and techniques that will help to better prepare themselves for the upcoming crisis situation (in peacetime or in conflict). The course is an intensive residential course that introduces the specifics of fire support, familiarizing participants with NATO TTP's, with an emphasis on recognizing the combat vehicles and the overall coordination process to synchronize all combat efforts. We hereby would like to invite up to four participants from your country to take part in the aforementioned course. The fee for this course is 220 EUR per person. You can find additional information in the Course Description and Admin Details (Annex 2). In this case participants are provided with three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). This is all covered with the course fee of 220 Euro. The center provides blankets and sheets but slippers, shampoo and other hygiene products are to be brought by the participants. Additionally, there is an option to be accommodated in a nearby Hotel in Toruń at your own cost!
