The programme will focus on the specific issues related to PSC Inspections on Passenger ships. Where necessary the programme has been updated and improved. The programme has been developed in co-operation with the Finnish Maritime Authority, Denmark, ROs, and others involved in the construction and maintenance of Passenger ships. I would like to invite one experienced PSC officer, who wants to enhance their knowledge on Passenger ships, to take part in this programme.
