Good day, We have participated in the tender process for ELWIND Geophysical Survey and would like to clarify the following: We have been rejected based on the following: "do not meet the requirement “ Tenderer’s team” set in the procurement documents". And were wondering what is the deadline to submit a review for this specific project? We understand that a request for review against this decision can be submitted to the Public Procurement Review Committee in accordance with Section 189 of the Public Procurement Act. We have received the answer of the tender on Friday 01 August at 6 pm. In addition, we were wondering if another tenderer that has been rejected requests a revision, will the tender process be re-open for all tenderers? In case we have the chance to still submit the review, is there a form that shall be filled out? which specific documents are needed?
