As mentioned in the letter, the voting protocol launched on 4 March still needs to be completed in regards to the issues of the suspension/termination of the associate membership of the Constitutional Court of Belarus, and the proposal of withdrawal of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation from the position of keynote speaker in the 5th Congress of the WCCJ.
