Dear Mr. Pavlovschi,
Please, find attached the filled-in Voting Protocol of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic signed by its president Mr. Pavel Rychetský.
On behalf of Mr. President Rychetský, I would like to thank Madam President Manole and your esteemed Court for all the efforts made to deal with this unprecedented situation.
Given the urgency of the matter, it is of great importance that the Conference of European Constitutional Courts acts promptly and without delay. For this reason, President Rychetský proposed to initiate the correspondence voting, as it offered CECC members the opportunity to react immediately.
Moreover, the Czech Constitutional Court took into account (since it had its own experience with this scenario from the last year) how demanding and technically extremely difficult it would be to hold a meeting of the Circle of Presidents on-line, should it be prepared in such a short period of time.
In any case, thank you again for your work and for your cooperation.
With my kindest regards,
Pavel Dvorak
