Villu Kõve Chief fustice of the Supreme Court of Estonia Dear Chief fustice, last year 2020 marked the 40th anniversary of the re-establishment of administrative justice in Poland. The need to create an administrative judiciary has never been in doubt in the Polish state, which was forged anew from 1918 after gaining independence. In 2022, we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Administrative Tribunal, which operated in the years t922-1939 and was the direct institutional predecessor of our Supreme Administrative Coufi established 1980. I would be honoured if you would share with us the joy of celebrating this special jubilee. We are planning the special ceremony on this occasion on 25th October 2022. Please save the date. We are aware that future pandemic situation may prevent us from holding this celebration, but we hope that this will not be the case. The detailed programme of the ceremony will be sent to you at a later time. The Supreme Administrative Court of Poland is looking forward to welcoming you in Warsaw next year.
