P.452-16 prediction method with percentage of time equal to 2.0 % in Your letter ref.1 According to the calculations with above mentioned method, we consent to the operation of existing and future terrestrial stations having EIRP equal or lower than 42 dBW in Lithuanian territory without additional coordination with respect to Kilingi-Nõmme Earth Station.
