Dear Sirs,
Please be informed that during radio monitoring activities we have taken measurements of
electromagnetic field strength produced by base stations of land mobile service networks and
detected infringements by telecommunication operators of the Republic of Estonia of agreements
between the Telecommunication Administrations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of
Estonia concerning the use of radio frequency spectrum in border areas.
Infringement details are set forth in the Attachment to this letter.
You are kindly requested to take appropriate actions to eliminate the infringements.
