As you are aware, according to paragraph 4.1.4.9 of the GE06 Regional Agreement, when an administration has not replied it is deemed that this administration has not agreed to the proposed modifications to the Plans. The Bureau invites your Administration to submit the TB3 electronic notices for the proposed modifications having received all the necessary agreements. To generate the TB3 notices, as well as to follow the coordination update and information, you might use the web application MyAdmin at the following address: https://www.itu.int/ITU-R/eTerrestrial/MyAdmin.
