Dear Sirs,
referring to the above-mentioned agreement, we would like to inform you,
that the German Administration comments as following:

Abja-Paluoja 22
Järvakandi 22
Kihnu 22
Pärnu 22
ALLOTMENT channel
Pärnu 22
we agree without any conditions.
The Federal Republic of Germany only consents to the technical data which
in the sum of all coordination were agreed to by all parties concerned.
In
view of the shortage of frequency resources we should be most grateful
for
being informed of any agreed technical data.
