Dear Sirs,
Having reviewed your letters (refs. 1, 2) we inform you as follows.
1. We noted your information (ref. 1) on the exclusion of frequency assignments to VHF/FM stations of
the Republic of Estonia PAIDE 90.2 MHz, AVINURME 93.2 MHz, TARTU 93.5 MHz, KALLASTE
93.8 MHz, KOHTLA-NOMME 97.3 MHz, KOHTLA 98.2 MHz from the Russian list of previously
coordinated frequency assignments (ref. 3). In future these frequency assignments will not be taken into
account in EMC calculations during bilateral coordination of VHF/FM stations between
Telecommunication Administration of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Estonia.
2. We can coordinate the following frequency assignments to VHF/FM stations of the Republic of
Estonia on the following conditions specified in the table below:
1 RAKVERE 88.5 MHz ERP reductions in the azimuth directions 80°–90° by 2.0 dB (to
(reference 1), 28.0 dBW), due to the conditions of EMC with the VHF/FM
Adm id: RR711, station KINGISEPP LEN 88.6 MHz (GE84 id: 108015021).
MOD JOGEVA 88.5 MHz
(reference 3)
2 PARKSEPA 90.4 MHz for inclusion in the GE84 Plan with the 3/RUS remark only, due to
(reference 1), the conditions of EMC with the TV station PECHORY PSK 4 Ch
Adm id: RR740, (BR id: 096002566) and
ADD, MOD of objected ERP reductions in the azimuth directions 90° by 5.5 dB (to 24.5
POLVA 90.5 MHz dBW), 100°–110° by 6.0 dB (to 24.0 dBW), due to the conditions
(reference 3) of EMC with the VHF/FM station PSKOV 90.3 MHz (GE84 id:
120107827).
