(2) BioBlock® nasal spray is classified as a product under the directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the council of 3 December 2001 on general product safety and to which the following Estonian legislation is applied: Consumer Protection Act, Product Conformity Act and Advertising Act. (3) BioBlock® nasal spray is not classified as hazardous mixture according to CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. (4) Aktsiaselts CHEMI-PHARM has no restrictions distributing BioBlock® nasal spray in Estonia. (5) Aktsiaselts CHEMI-PHARM has no restrictions to export BioBlock® nasal spray to any country.
