Dear Madam, Sir,
Following the above-referenced facsimile informing you that your Administration is considered to be affected
by the proposed modifications to the Plan GE06, published in the Special Section mentioned above, and in
accordance with paragraph 4.1.4.8 of Regional Agreement Geneva 2006, the Bureau wishes to inform you
that to date, no comment has been received from your Administration concerning these proposed
modifications.
Your Administration is therefore invited to provide the Bureau with its decision before 4 July 2021. If no
decision is received from your Administration by such date, it will be deemed that your Administration has
not agreed to these proposed modifications to the Plan (see No. 4.1.4.9).
In order to follow up the coordination and publication information, the Bureau encourages your
