ORDER LETTER
Dear Partner,
The Estonian Centre for Defence Investments (the Buyer) hereby places an order with Bristol Groundschool
International Ltd (the Seller) for the service “PPL(A) and ATPL(A) online distance learning training course,” in
accordance with the quotation dated 4th November 2024 (Annex 1).
The total cost of the order (for 2 student courses and 1 access to the Admin system for 1 member of staff) is
£6,900, plus the shipping cost of ATPL manuals. The shipping cost will be confirmed once the Seller has
shipped the documents.
The duration of the service is specified in the quotation (Annex 1). The end of the course is 30.11.2027.

The Seller will prepare a handover-acceptance report in two copies for the delivery and acceptance of the
service. Both parties will sign the report upon delivery and acceptance of the service, and each party will
retain one copy of the signed report. The signed report shall be sent to

The Seller will issue an invoice within 5 days as PDF and send it to
[email protected].
The Buyer’s contact

QUOTATION
To supply the PPL(A) and ATPL(A) online distance learning training course which
complies with EASA regulation (EU) No. 1178/2011). Students will complete their PPL
theory before starting their ATPL course, but this is not a requirement of the
course as it is being completed for a Military ATO and not under BGS approvals.
The PPL(A) course includes:
● ATPdigital our computer-based training material, with lessons, quizzes, and
progress tests.
● 18 months access to a PPL Video Library.
● 18 months access to the Bristol question bank BGSonline.
The ATPL(A) course includes:
● ATPdigital our computer-based training material, with lessons, quizzes, and
progress tests, with access for 36 months.
● 15 days of virtual intensive online revision classroom instruction, 5 days per
module
● Access to over 300 hours of videos covering the ATPL(A) syllabus accessed
at any time for 18 months.
● 18 months access to the Bristol question bank BGSonline.
● Maths and Physics module
● To supply soft back printed manuals for the ATPL syllabus
Online support from our technical team, during working hours, 9am-5pm
Monday-Friday (UK time).
Price
The course, as specified above retail price is £3,450 + shipping per person.
Total price for 2 student courses and 1 access to the Admin system for 1 member of
staff is £6,900 + shipping cost of ATPL manuals.
