Framework Agreement Amendment

AMENDMENT 1 TO FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT NO 2-2/24/1096 28.11.2024 nr 2-2/24/1096-2 The Estonian Centre for Defence Investments (registry code 70009764, address Järve 34a, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia) and the Estonian Defence Forces (registry code 70008641, address Juhkentali 58, 15007 Tallinn, Estonia), represented by Magnus-Valdemar Saar, Director General of Estonian Centre for Defence Investments, pursuant to the statute, hereinafter: Buyer, and joint tenderers Aktsiaselts RESPO HAAGISED (registry code 10354808, address Tamme tn 21, 61715 Tõrvandi, Estonia) and KNOTT spol. s r. o. (registry code 17327521, address Dolná 142, 90001 Modra, Slovakia), represented by Ain Antons, pursuant to the power of attorney, hereinafter: Seller, separately: Party and jointly: Parties, have agreed to correct an error in the Framework Agreement no 2-2/24/1096 (hereinafter referred to as the Framework Agreement) concluded on 21.11.2024 as follows: 1. This Annex corrects, by agreement between the Parties, an error in clause 8.8.3 of the Technical specification attached as Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement, which is that the requirement in clause 8.8.3 of the Technical specification in Estonian (Lastikäru kogupikkus (tiisel all) maksimaalselt 7000 mm) and in English (Length overall (towbar down) of the trailer not more than 3000 mm) is not the same. The correct requirement is “Length overall (towbar down) of the trailer not more than 7000 mm.”. According to the above mentioned, clause 8.8.3 of the Technical specification attached as Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement shall be read as follows: “8.8.3. Lastikäru kogupikkus (tiisel all) Length overall (towbar down) of the maksimaalselt 7000 mm. trailer not more than 7000 mm.”. 2. The correction of an error made by this Annex shall have retroactive effect from the entry into force of the Framework Agreement.
