Dear Hydrographer, 1. In accordance with Reference, the tenth meeting of the IHO Inter-Regional Coordination Committee (IRCC10) took place in Goa, India from 4 to 6 June 2018, hosted by the National Hydrographic Office (NHO) of India. The meeting was chaired by Dr Parry Oei (Singapore) and attended by the Chairs or representatives of 14 of the 15 Regional Hydrographic Commissions (RHCs), the subordinate bodies of the IRCC and 27 observers. A total of 52 participants from 23 countries were present. 2. The minutes of IRCC10, together with the list of decisions, actions and recommendations to RHCs arising from the meeting and their current status, and the IRCC work programme for 2018-2019 are now available from the IRCC section of the IHO website (www.iho.int/IRCC > IRCC10). Next meeting 3. The 11th meeting of IRCC (IRCC11) will be held from 3 to 5 June 2019 in Genoa, Italy. Representatives of Member States who may require a visa are advised to submit their applications well in advance. IRCC11 will be preceded by the 17th meeting of the Capacity Building Sub-Committee (CBSC17) from 29 to 31 May 2019 which will also be held in Genoa.
