18 October 2024 11.1-13/24/ 2407-1 Rene Tõnnisson Baltic Innovation Agency OÜ Lai 30 51005 Tartu Ref.: Project application “ Twin Transition as a Source of Innovation for Estonian and Latvian SMEs ” (“ Twinnovation ”) Dear Mr Rene Tõnnisson , The Joint Secretariat received the Request for Changes No 2 to project “ Twinnovation “ , submitted by the lead partner on 18 October 2024. The request relates to the following changes: PP6 Dipperfox requests: 1) To replace the planned ‘a cquisition costs of pilot customers’ with ‘ costs for engineering work’ in the cost-category “External expertise and services”. In addition, to increase the respective budget from 9700,00 EUR to 9919,50 EUR. 2) To add new equipment - engine and parts of the prototype - to the cost-category “Equipment” in the amount of 8516,75 EUR. For the abovementioned changes, 6989,00 EUR are requested to be re-allocated from “Staff costs”, 1048,35 EUR from “Office and administration costs” and 698,90 EUR from “Travel and accommodation costs” to “External expertise and services” (219,50 EUR) and “Equipment” (8516,75 EUR). A total re-allocation of 8736,25 EUR. Altogether, the above would translate into a new budget as follows: Staff costs– 9251 (319 hours times 29) Office and administration – 1387.65 Travel and accommodation – 925.1 External expertise and service – 9919.5 Equipment - 8516.75 The Joint Secretariat has reviewed the request and approves the abovementioned changes. Please make sure that respective changes are inserted in the project application form in the JEMS.
