Dear Colleagues,
The GSMA is honoured to invite Hon. Ms Liisa-Ly Pakosta to the ‘EU

The Roundtable will bring together Ministers and leading European

implications of the DNA, exploring how this transformative legislation can
help Europe build a resilient, competitive, and innovative connectivity
landscape that meets the demands of tomorrow’s digital society.
Dr Nicodemos Damianou, Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation & Digital
Policy, Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU 2026, and Dr Karsten
Wildberger, Federal Minister for Digital Transformation and Government
Modernisation, Germany, will deliver opening statements.
