Dear contact persons,
We would like to thank you for reviewing the draft questionnaire on judicial review of several types of administrative cases and for the constructive feedback and comments some of you have submitted. On this basis, we have introduced some adaptations to the text of the questionnaire, which make the scenarios, questions and options for replies clearer, more straightforward and, hopefully, also easier for you to handle. Also based on your feedback, we have extended the period for your replies compared to the one proposed at the meeting of the contact persons. On the specific request of our German colleague, we are hereby forwarding the German response to the consultation to all of you. As agreed with Mr Heino Kirchner, we are also attaching our response. The German questions and our answers could be useful for all.
