Dear sir/madam
Regrettably, Chief Justice Villu Kõve is unable to attend the Solemn Event as he has prior commitments which could not be rearranged. The Chief Justice is participating in the Conference of the Heads of the Supreme Courts of the Member States of the European Union on the 21st of February 2022 in Paris and expresses his hope to meet First President Chantal Arens there.
