Dear President,
After consultation of the Members of the Network, the Board has chosen “How can Supreme Courts contribute to public trust in the judiciary?” and “Judicial ethics, disciplinary proceedings and the liability of judges” as the two themes for the Colloquium to be held on 13-14 October 2022 in Brno.
With a view to streamlining the preparation of the documents for the Colloquium, it would be very helpful if the answers to the enclosed questionnaires could be returned to the Secretariat (

[email protected]> ) by the end of February 2022.
Practical information concerning the Brno Colloquium will be communicated later.

Après consultation des membres du Réseau, le conseil d’administration a retenu comme thèmes « De quelle façon les Cours suprêmes peuvent-elles contribuer à la confiance du public dans le système judiciaire ? » et « Éthique judiciaire, procédures disciplinaires et responsabilité des juges » pour le colloque, qui se tiendra à Brno les 13-14 octobre 2022.
En vue de rationaliser la préparation des documents pour ce colloque, nous vous serions très obligés de bien vouloir adresser les réponses aux questionnaires, qui sont joints à la présente communication, au secrétariat (
