I would like to enquire about operating fixed wireless radios operating in 57-66GHz in Estonia.
Specifically, whether bands 75a (outdoor use) and 75b of 2019/1345/EU are already
implemented?
In case either (or both) of these bands are open, please would you let me know making use of
this spectrum is licence-exempt? Or is there a licence fee?
