Subject: Coordination in terrestrial broadcasting
Dear Sir or Madam,
Due to the pandemic of SARS-CoV-2, most of the duties are carried out remotely. In addition, we
have recently experienced some difficulties regarding the delivery of coordination
correspondence. There were some cases when the reception seemed to be uncertain. In this
regard, in order to facilitate the coordination process in terrestrial broadcasting, we were obliged
to change the procedures.
Therefore, we decided to use for official coordination correspondence of terrestrial broadcasting
only the following addresses:
-
[email protected] – for incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to analogue
(radio) broadcasting, and
-
[email protected] – for incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to digital (radio
and television) broadcasting.
Each incoming emails corresponding to the coordination issues will receive a feedback – to provide
the sender with a confirmation of receipt. Such a confirmation shall be expected from the
Telecommunication Administrations in case of outgoing coordination letter as well.
The rules regarding the outgoing correspondence provided in the letter of March 8 th 2017, no.
DZC.WRT.5110.5.2017.1, remains valid.
In special cases, a correspondence in paper form, by way of an exception, will be accepted.
We share our hope that by this action our bilateral correspondence by a use of e-mails will
become more reliable and will improve, already much effective, cooperation on the field of
spectrum coordination.
Yours faithfully
p.p. President of the Office of Electronic Communications
Director of the Department of Radio Spectrum
