Thank you for your enquiry!
1. The decision is being implemented during updating regulation for radio equipment exempt of frequency
permit. Internal checking of regulation update is complete and it has been sent to ministry for approval.
2. Decision will not be put to public consulting individually, regulation can be commented.
3. Ministry approval and following EU level consulting usually takes abut half a year. I hope decision can be
implemented within the year.
Regulation update will be published here, but at only in Estonian:
